Disaster Site Safe-Entry and Structural Assessment of Oil Refinery

After a disastrous explosion and fire at a Chevron oil refinery in Richmond, CA, Atlas was called in by the US Chemical Safety Board to assess structural integrity of the affected areas of the damage site. They also requested safe-entry and -exit routes for workers and CSB investigators.
