Military Armory & Indoor Range Facility Assessment

The Coast Guard’s Miami Base includes a light-weapons armory and range building. The structure includes weapons vaults, instructor offices, shops, and an indoor shooting range. Atlas Engineering provided a comprehensive Facility Assessment and Plant Replacement Value estimate for this aging but important Department of Defense (DOD) facility. This project included extensive on-site fieldwork by Atlas engineers and roof specialists and comprehensive cost estimating for DOD replacement value (PRV). Work for this project was accomplished under Atlas’ standing GSA contract.
