USCG Building Evaluations

The United States Coast Guard requested building-envelope inspection of 14 facilities at Air Station Clearwater. Reports included detailed evaluation of exterior wall and window conditions, drainage, roof conditions, including hatches, door and latches, awnings, penetrations such as vents and skylights, lightning protection, and major equipment, noting deficiencies, estimated remaining life of finishes, and any recommended repairs.

The USCG had a tight time frame and Atlas was able to produce the requested documents on all 14 buildings on time.
